If your item isn't a great fit for you and are not satisfied, we will accept exchanges within 10 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY. A gift card will be issued via email as store credit. Credit will only be applied for the item, not the shipping or handling charges. Package/Return label must be dated within 10 days of your received/delivery date or the package will be returned. For local pick up The 10 days will be based on your fulfillment date so please pickup items in a timely manner. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges pertaining to returns and exchanges. Local customers may contact our customer service representative to schedule a drop off and exchange date if the size needed is in stock.
To be eligible for exchange:
The product must have been received within the last 10 days.
The product is not damaged or worn. Must include original tags attached to the item and shoe boxes must be shipped inside another package/box as the shoebox could be damaged during shipping.
Sale items or accessories/undergarments/bralettes cannot be returned/exchanged . (sale items include: sale, clearance and jewelry). These are all FINAL SALE. Anything Discounted 30% off or more is FINAL SALE (including items bought during special sales)
products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return/exchange and will be returned to you without refund
Local pick up exchanges must occur within 10 days of order fulfillment.
